EDOiQ Dashboard
The EDOiQ Dashboard is the default screen for all but external users upon logging into the system. The dashboard is set up to provide a basic set of key performance metrics and information about your organizations projects. Across the top, the dashboard includes date filters as well as forecast and actual data pulled from the projects entered in the system. The center row includes the ability to filter the projects by state or status, while the charts show how the projects are broken down by industry, and how incentives are categorized by type. Users can click on specific areas of the charts and the dashboard will immediately refresh based on the desired selection. To return to the full view, simply click outside the chart. The bottom table is a list of all projects in the system which can be sorted by the column headers. Any individual project can also be clicked and all the data on the page will adjust to that specific project. System Reports
Financial Report
The financial report is the default report viewable by clicking Reports from the left nav. This report details aggregated key metrics and data from project in the system. Users can filter the data table using any of the filter criteria on the left by making a selection and clicking the Process button.
Activities Report
The activities report section is designed for organizations to track internal efforts by creating custom reports based on it’s activities. To access the reports screen, click reports in the left nav, and then select activities from the top navigation. Users can then create and save a queried list of activities based on selected criteria. To create a report, click the plus icon and in the resulting flyout, add a name, which entity type or types you want the report to include. Next, select the activity types to be tracked. Select a date range or select custom to specify dates in the from date and to date fields. The report can also be filtered further by selecting specific tags. Once completed click save and the query will be shown in the list with the activity count displayed. Users can also edit or delete a specific report by clicking the edit and delete icons on the right side of each line item.
CRM reports
CRM is a commonly used acronym for Customer Relationship Management. In EDOiQ, we identify the following as CRM entities: Contacts, Properties, Companies, and Projects. Click reports in the left nav and select any of these entities from the center nav. Once clicked, users can view all entities of the selected type in a table which can be both sortable and filterable by column header. Any filter can be cleared by clicking the clear icon at the top of the table, and the list can also be exported to an excel file, including any sort or filters applied, by clicking the excel icon at the top of the table.
